Delivery

Most items are shipped out 2-5 business days after purchase and receipt of payment. Some of the custom items take a little longer and ship as soon as they can be made. The estimated time frame is listed along each product in the details of that item if they take longer to make. All shipping materials are made of recycled or reused materials and usually shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Most orders will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive depending on your location. International order will take longer depending on how far you live from Chicago!

If you prefer a quicker delivery method please let us know and we can help you out. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online!

Shipping cost includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Local Pick up Options: If you are ordering LGSC products and would like to pick up your items at swim practice you can choose this free option for a Shipping choice. The delivery date will be increased from 1-3 extra weeks and you will be notified via email when the order has arrived at swim practice. If you need the item sooner just check with us what date the item should be available to arrive by or just pick the shipping option and you know when the products will arrive to you.

We also have a Local Pick up Option for all items. If you live near us or would like to skip the shipping fees we are in Countryside, Illinois 60525. When you place your order our physical address will be emailed with your receipt and we will let you know when your order is ready for PICK UP!
